All Charges Dismissed In A Sarasota County Burglary With Battery Case With A Chance At Life In Prison2008 CF 017405 NC The Defendant was arrested for Burglary of an Occupied Dwelling with a Battery (punishable by life in prison), Felony Criminal Mischief, Resisting an Officer without Violence, and two counts of Battery. Darren Finebloom thoroughly investigated the case and was able to show the prosecutor that there was no intent to commit a crime in the home.
