Third Degree Grand Theft Charges Dropped Saving Our Client From Convicted Felon Status

The Defendant is alleged to have entered a department store and concealed goods from the store valued at over $300. After negotiations with the State Attorney, the Defendant entered into and successfully completed a program. On August 13, 2009 the State Attorney dropped all charges saving our client from being a convicted felon.
