The Defendant was accused of improperly touching a 13-year old girl. At the time the warrant was issued the Defendant was in Missouri. Darren Finebloom immediately got involved and began an investigation. Darren Finebloom immediately got his client back from Missouri to turn himself in and as a result the Defendant’s bond was reduced from no bond to $10,000.00. Shortly thereafter Mr. Finebloom was able to convince the State Attorney in Sarasota, Florida to decline charges in this matter.
