Not Guilty! Jury Acquits Pinellas Man Charged With BatteryCTC0936013MMANO The Defendant was accused of attacking his 14 yr old grandson and charged with battery. Darren Finebloom immediately began investigating the case and took the case to a jury trial. During the trial it was established that the Defendant’s grandson was the aggressor in this situation. Mr. Finebloom successfully argued to a jury that the grandfather’s actions were in the course of discipline and in self defense. The jury found the Defendant not guilty.
